Pizza / Pasta Maker

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza and Pasta Maker to join our team. As a Pizza and Pasta Maker, you will play a crucial role in crafting delicious and authentic pizzas and pastas that exceed our customers’ expectations. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and serve various pasta and pizza dishes. 
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the kitchen and workstations are kept clean and organized at all times. 
• Monitor, stock and manage ingredients and supplies inventory.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with other staff.
• Engage with customers when required, taking their orders and answering any questions related to pizza and pasta selections.
• Assist other areas and departments as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pizza and pasta preparation, with a strong understanding of different doughs, sauces, and toppings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and quickly adjust to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects as required in the kitchen.
•  Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
